Ski Accomodation & Bookings

Please note 

If you are not a member of Alpine Sports Club inc. you cannot book accommodation here. If you are a guest then your host must make your booking for you.

                    

If you are not a member you can contact the Membership Contact person to discuss joining Alpine Sports Club Inc. (see "Joining ASC" page) 

         

There is a new online booking system this year. This can be accessed by selecting the "Online Bookings" option from the top or side menus. The system is email based and recognises you by a unique email address. This is the address that you have provided to the club when you paid your subscriptions. If this address has changed, you will need to advise the booking officer. Family members sharing a common email address will need to have bookings made by the member assigned to that email address.

 

If you are listed in the club membership database you will be able to request a password from the website, but only fully paid up members can make a booking. If you have a password then you can log in and follow the instructions. You can bookmark the online bookings URL and use it directly. Bookings will be accepted from the 1st June.

        

You should make payment by direct transfer to the club's Hut Booking Account. Details are in the downloadable booking instructions. Your booking will only be confirmed once payment has been verified. You must put the booking reference in the payee field to allow your payments to be confirmed quickly.

    

The option for mail bookings is no longer available. If you are unable to make bookings online you must contact the Booking Officer. See the downloadable instructions for details. 

    

Note that the bunks are numbered and allocated by bunk number. You will be able to see what bunks are available when you log on to the booking system. You will also be able to who else is booked at the time.

   

Note Also  Breakfasts and evening meals are provided from the DAY AFTER arrival, but NOT lunches.  Evening meal on night of arrival is to be prepared and cooked by yourself, unless you have made arrangements with the Hut Warden, at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival.  Your Booking Form Confirmation advises you of your fresh Food Allocation.

Summer Bookings

You can use the same system or email the booking officer. The numbers going down over the summer are still being placed on the website but there will not be any bunk allocation. The Booking Officer's email address and phone number are in the club handbook.

         

Note that letters and cheques should be mailed to the Booking Officer's home address and not to the club mail box, otherwise we will not see them for weeks! Read the downloadable Booking Instructions.
